This 12.6 acre site has 7.8 net usable acres with 645 front feet along US 441. The property is zoned heavy commercial perfect for business including mini storage, storage, retail, office, medical or specialty. Two years of work entitling water/ sewer, US 441 (median cut). City of Lady Lake has agreed to use their lift station. Delineated, surveyed and mitigated the wetlands and secured excellent access to the site.
